1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with clearInvoices.in. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for paid subscriptions.

2. Free Trial

All paid plans (Starter and Business) include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 48-Hour No-Invoice Guarantee ✅

If you cancel your paid subscription within 48 hours of payment AND have not generated any invoices, you are eligible for a full refund — no questions asked. This is our commitment to you.

Refunds under this policy are processed automatically when you cancel from your Dashboard within the eligible window.

3.2 Other Eligible Cases

  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same period.
  • Technical failure: If a critical issue prevented platform use for 48+ hours and we couldn't resolve it.

3.3 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Cancellation after 48 hours of payment
  • 48 hours have not passed but invoices were already generated
  • Partial month usage after the refund window
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@clearinvoices.in with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of payment
  • Reason for refund request
  • Transaction ID or payment reference number

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, credit card, net banking) used for the subscription. Razorpay processing fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Cancellation Without Refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation after the refund window, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will then switch to the Free plan. No refund will be issued for unused days.

7. Price Change Refunds

If we increase our subscription prices, existing subscribers will be notified 30 days in advance. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the new price takes effect and request a prorated refund for any unused days in your billing period.
