1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using clearInvoices.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal authority to enter a binding agreement to use the platform.
3. Account Registration
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the platform to create fraudulent or misleading invoices
- Impersonate any person or falsify your GSTIN or business details
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Use the platform in any way that violates Indian law or GST regulations
- Resell or sublicense access without written permission
5. Subscription & Payments
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice
6. Free Plan
The Free plan is limited to 5 invoices/month and 2 clients. We reserve the right to modify Free plan limits at any time with notice.
7. Intellectual Property
clearInvoices.in and its content are owned by us and protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all invoice data you create on the platform.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
clearInvoices.in is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tax compliance is ultimately your responsibility — please consult a qualified CA for specific advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, clearInvoices.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account anytime from account settings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
